Who is responsible for your data

The data you work with in the app (products, documents, orders, staff details) is stored on the Company's server. The Company decides how it is processed, and Retmind has no access to it unless the Company has engaged us to maintain it under a separate agreement. Demo mode connects to Retmind's demo database, which contains no real data.

Data the app processes

• Connection details: server address, database name, login. If you turn on "Remember me", the password is saved on the device.
• Work data: that you enter or view in the Company's database.
• Camera: to scan connection QR codes and product barcodes. Images are not sent anywhere, except photos you attach to documents yourself.
• Photos: only those you choose to upload to the Company's database.
• Location: only if the Company has enabled features that need it (for example, workplace check-in). The app asks for your permission.
• Microphone, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth, Face ID: only for the matching features of the Company's configuration (voice messages, printing on Bluetooth printers, sign-in protection) and only with your permission. Face ID data never leaves the device and is not available to us.

What we don't do

• We don't show ads or track you across other apps and websites.
• We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
• We don't collect analytics about how you use the app.

Retention and deletion

The device keeps the list of connected databases and temporary working data. You can delete them by removing the database from the list in the app or by deleting the app. Accounts are created and deleted by the Company's administrator; to delete your account and related data, contact them. The demo database stores no personal data.

Security

The app sends data only to the server specified when connecting. We recommend that Companies use a secure connection (https).

Children

The app is intended for company employees and is not directed at children.
